What is the return policy?
We currently do not accept returns. Since each piece is handcrafted and made to order, we encourage customers to review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
Do you offer exchanges
Yes, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact. Please reach out to our team to initiate an exchange request.
When will I receive my order?
All our pieces are made to order. Orders are typically shipped within 15–20 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS for real-time updates.
Where are your products made?
Every product at SOL Apparel is proudly handmade in India by skilled artisans. We use ethically sourced materials and traditional weaving techniques to ensure quality and sustainability.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or international shipping?
Currently, we accept only prepaid orders within India. COD and international shipping options are not available at the moment.
